Simplilearn - Consumer concern not resolved

I suffered and still I'm suffering so much both mentally and emotionally because of Simplilearn. As a consumer my concerns were not heard by them and I'm still fighting for justice. I mailed them on my concern back in March **** and still I dint receive proper solution. They always stick to the policies that are not given to me while I applied for a course to learn. I dint like the quality of the content and also lost my job. After losing my job due to covid layoffs, I was unable to repay the EMIs so I requested Simplilearn to cancel my upcoming EMIs as I was not using their service since March ****. But now, they are saying things like we cannot do swap(recommended by Simplilearn during April later they said we cannot swap the course) nor cancel your EMIs. Now being jobless and not liking the course also not using the course they expect me to pay off the remaining EMIs. Because of this, I'm being bombarded by Simplilearn and Propelld Team (Finance). I'm being mentally harassed.
