Indigo Airline - Consumer Complaint Regarding Waiving of Cancellation charges

I am Aswin Kumar Sridhar.I have booked tickets on Indigo flight number *E *** from Coimbatore to Hyderabad on **th March **** for one way travel date on **th March ****.I had booked tickets through the travel agent MakeMyTrip..My Booking reference no/PNR is OLLEYT.But unfortunately due to the spread of Corona Virus issues,I am forced to cancel my booked tickets since there are travel advisory warnings(to stay indoors) by both the State Governments of Telangana and Tamil Nadu.As a responsible citizen of this society,I have cancelled my travel plans on **th March ****.But i was shocked by the amount of cancellation fees that Indigo is charging even during these unprecedented times.As a Customer,i did not cancel my bookings due to my personal issues,rather i am cancelling it as a precautionary move in line with the advisory from the Government.So i requested the airline to weave off the cancellation fee for my booking since it would be more helpful to customers during these unprecedented times.

But to my disappointment,the airline has denied waiving of cancellation charges.I ve even mailed them and informed them about the DGCA advisory,but in-spite of that,the airline(IndiGO) is adamant to listen to customers and denied to refund the charges.So i kindly request you to direct the airline to refund my full ticket price.As mentioned earlier it would be of great help in these unprecedented times.Awaiting a positive reply.
