I have ordered a gaming laptop and as it was not working properly I filed for a return. Their delivery guy didn't come for * days and on *rd day when I called him and said that I will make a complaint against him then he came in the evening and cancelled my request without giving me any reason. I again filed for the return but he is still cancelling the return request. Please help me.
