Dear team,
I have applied for new connection through your online number and get my request number. And after that day one of your executive come tomy home and take pictures my KYC documents and also take Rs. *** from me and tell me that my new connection will be installed withhin ** hours. But after that i am waiting for two days but nobody will come to my house for installation and also that executive will not respond to my calls. Then i call to your customer care complaint number and they said that they don't find any payment status from my side. I also don't get any receipts for the payment i pay to your executive. Kindly do the needful in this matter. I will right below all the details of mine and also the mobile number of your executive.
