Hi, I am staying in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I had made a payment on Rs. **** for a * months broadband plan. After making the payment successfully, I was promised the broadband connection will be installed on that day. But now after multiple follow ups, they are saying that they do not have a payment confirmation in their system. The customer care executives are not responding to any of my concerns. I have emailed them, posted on twitter and called them but there is no response. I feel cheated now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
