I got a new connection for my home and paid the money around *rd of november. its been * and a half weeks and they they still haven't activated my account
i keep trying to reach the nodal office and the person who came to collect the money, they don't pick up and their customer care is an automated bot most of the time which does nothing but say please wait for the account to get activated. i know there is no actual loss of money but for me and my family time is money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
