I have subscribed for Hathway new connection in Hyderabad location on **th June. I have paid amount ****₹ and registered for the Hathway broadband on **th June. Hathway technician has not completed the modem and router connection till date and today is *th June. It has been * days since I have subscribed for broadband. I have called customer care multiple times and no resolution has been provided. Either arrange a technician to complete the router and modem setup or refund the whole amount I have paid for the registration.
I asked for a full refund and they have denied the request too. Hathway is the worst broadband service provider.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
