NETPLUS BROADBAND COMPLAINT
My connection is disconnected due to non payment of my monthly bill but according to me it's not my fault as:-
*. Operator didn't came to receive payment even after confirmed by me telephonicly that he can come to receive payment before the connection is disconnected.
*. customer care executive guided me to make online payment but netplus mobile application requires password for login which I'm not getting after *-* calls to customer care for same.
*. After this custumer care executive disconnected my call by saying that I'm repeting my complaint.
*. After call being disconnected in next call customer care executive told me that there is no benifit to call in customer care.
*. I've mailed regarding the problem faced by me but there is no reply or working on the mail.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
