Justdial - Complaints not resolved

I got a consultancy agency's number for a job from Justdial that consultancy had charged an amount of Rs -**** from me and is not providing any good response regarding my job so I had contacted Justdial from the last *-* days to help me to resolve the problem but Justdial is not able to connect my call to the complaint or the concern department of the Justdial I want my money back so that's why I am contacting Justdial again and again but even Justdial is not helping me that's why I am filing a complaint against Justdial.
