Dear Zudio Team,
I am writing this to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your store today.
I visited your store to buy a lipstick. Unfortunately, there were no testers available, so I removed the plastic wrapper of a sealed lipstick just to see the shade — without opening the actual seal. A staff member immediately confronted me and insisted that I purchase it, citing a board that said "If you open it, you buy it." I hadn’t even noticed that board.
Despite explaining that the seal was still intact and that it was your team’s responsibility to ensure testers are available, I was forced to buy the product. Even the manager refused to understand and did not offer any resolution.
This experience felt extremely unfair and humiliating. As a regular customer, I expect better service, transparency, and professionalism from Zudio. Forcing customers to pay for something they didn’t even use is not acceptable.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken against the concerned staff. Also, please ensure testers are available to avoid such situations in the future.
