IndusInd Bank - Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service and Demand for Immediate Account Closure with IndusInd Bank

I am writing to express my complete frustration and dissatisfaction with IndusInd Bank. I have been subjected to an utterly appalling level of service and blatant neglect regarding my repeated requests for account closure. Despite numerous emails, escalations, and follow-ups with the Nodal Officer and senior management, my account closure request has been consistently ignored, and no action has been taken.
I opened my account with IndusInd Bank with the expectation of receiving reliable, professional service. I even transferred my stock demat account to this bank in good faith. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory. The quality of service has been dismal. The relationship managers assigned to me have proven to be both technically inept and woefully unresponsive. I’ve been forced to wait *-* days for simple WhatsApp responses, which is completely unacceptable, especially for an NRI customer who depends entirely on remote services. Even escalating issues to the regional head has yielded no results, demonstrating that IndusInd Bank is utterly incapable of resolving customer concerns.
I have faced repeated technical issues with the bank that have severely damaged my trust, especially regarding my investments. I attempted to invest in mutual funds, but due to continuous technical failures on the bank's part, I lost all confidence and moved my investments to a more competent institution.
Despite these numerous failures, I recently attempted to make a lump sum investment for my children’s future, but after two months of continuous delays, there has been zero progress. My repeated follow-ups with both the relationship manager and regional head have been ignored. The bank’s blatant disregard for my requests is nothing short of negligent and infuriating.
At this point, I have had enough. I have decided to close all my accounts with IndusInd Bank and switch my investment elsewhere.
Over the past several weeks, I have made countless attempts to contact the bank. Below is a timeline of my interactions with IndusInd Bank:
Dec **, ****: Raised concerns about delayed investment processing and poor customer support.
Dec **, **** - Jan *, ****: Followed up repeatedly via emails, only to be met with neglect and indifference.
Jan *, ****: Requested immediate account closure, but the bank has completely failed to acknowledge or act on my request.
The bank’s complete failure to address my concerns is disgraceful and unacceptable. IndusInd Bank's refusal to take responsibility for its poor service demonstrates a severe lack of accountability and respect for its customers. It’s clear to me that this bank does not care about customer satisfaction, and its actions— or lack thereof—violate basic consumer rights.
To make matters worse, the bank has failed to respond to any of my emails. Despite sending messages to a wide range of customer support channels, including the following email addresses, I have received no response:

The fact that the bank has ignored my emails across such a wide range of channels speaks volumes about how little regard they have for customer concerns.
This behavior is completely intolerable. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and an urgent action to close my account without any further delay. I will not tolerate any more excuses or delays.
Please find attached all email correspondence with IndusInd Bank for your reference. I expect immediate acknowledgment of this complaint and swift action to resolve the situation.
