Prakash R Radha filed complaint against Flipkart on May 3, 2025
I ordered a Philips ****W Induction Cooktop (Order ID: OD******************) on **-**-****, delivered on **-**-****. The box had a broken seal and no any outer packing to avoid product damage with multiple stickers removed and re-pasted, clearly indicating tampering.
I raised a complaint immediately when the delivery team refused to take it back. Flipkart support (Chat Ref: IN********************) also said the product was fine, ignoring the packaging issue. I paid by credit card (Ref ID: *********). I request a return or replacement.
