P Karthik Naidu filed complaint against Airtel Bharti Company on Dec 27, 2018
I am Karthik Pushpa, and I have booked a New Airtel Broadband Connection in the Month of Dec-**-**** on the Name of Kodeva IT Staffing Pvt. Ltd. And the Ref No: ************** and paid amount of Rs: ****.** for * year plan including Tax and all. And also I have emailed all My Company Documents to the executive that I got connected. His Name: Ram Teja and Mobile Number: **********.
Ram Teja the AirTel Customer service executive, committed to me that he will get the connection completed by Dec-**-**** which was not completed and I have been trying and trying to check the status on Airtel Broadband Connection he is saying he daily today it will get completed but there is no connection for today and its going to repeat daily with him. Even I have to call him **-** Times them he will answer my calls and he will say it will get completed by today and he will hang-up the call. But no one for Airtel will come to Fix the Airtel connection.
When Airtel is not able to provide the connection why don’t Airtel Resolve the issue and get the connection or else get the amount refund to customer.
@Airtel, I Request to please let me know very clearly will I get connection or not at my location?
