Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident of misconduct and unfair practices by the bus staff during my recent journey with GSRTC. Despite having a valid online ticket, I was wrongfully asked to pay extra money without any clear or justified reason. Additionally, I had made an advance booking for another passenger on the same bus, but the staff denied allowing that passenger to travel, even though the booking was confirmed. Furthermore, the ticket included Aadhaar details for identification purposes. However, the staff raised objections due to a minor discrepancy in the name, despite the identity being verifiable. Instead of resolving the issue reasonably, the staff insisted on charging the full ticket amount again. When I refused to pay the unjustified extra charges, I was told to leave the bus, which caused significant inconvenience and distress. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standards. I request you to kindly investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the responsible personnel to prevent such incidents in the future. I have attached supporting photographs for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution. Thanking you.
