unacademy - Complaint regarding not repaying my money manipulating giving false hope

I want to express my displeasure that although my parents paid for a banking subscription on June ** using credit, my family's financial situation got significantly worse after just two days, forcing me to take a part-time job. As a result, I am unable to attend unacademy because no one in my family is in a good financial situation after our parents were asked to repay the money, and because I am unable to attend class, my father is very upset with me.
I've requested a refund since July *, but all of Unacademy executives are just playing games. One of their executive told me I would get my refund within ** days, and whenever I asked her, she said it was processing.
They don't have any excuse for not paying back my money; It's not like they have a fixed number of seats that they can't return because they lost one seat as a result of me.
The most significant thing is that I was given hope that I will receive the money within ** days.
