Magicpin - Complaint Regarding NonDelivery of Ordered Food

I placed an order for food with [Restaurant Name: New Prakriti Deluxe, Food Delivery App: Magicpin] on **-**-**** at **.**pm. The order was confirmed with Order ID: ********* and was supposed to be delivered to Delivery Address: Near Sterling Residency, RMV *nd Stage within the estimated time. However, despite waiting for several hours, the order was not delivered.
I have already paid ₹ ***.**/- for the order via Google Pay, and the payment has been successfully debited. I reached out to the customer service team on **-**-**** through app, phone, email and provided the necessary details, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.
Request for Resolution:
I request either the immediate delivery of my order or a full refund of ₹ ***.**/- to my original payment method. Additionally, I expect compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay and lack of communication.
