I am writing to a complaint regarding my order placed on kwabey.com on **st March ****. (Order ID:*******) for which I made the payment via UPI.
It has been * days since the order was placed, and it has still not been dispatched. Additionally, no tracking details have been provided. I have attempted to contact your support team multiple times and mails multiple times but not received any update yet; however, the contact number listed on y
their website is invalid, and there has been no response to my emails or calls.
This situation clearly indicates non-delivery of a paid order and a complete lack of customer support, which is unacceptable.
I request you to take immediate action on this. Hope it will get sorted soon.
