SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION - Complaint Regarding MisBehavior Threatening Harassment Credit Card Number

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that this is my second complaint against your representative or goons, I am holding a Credit Card and a loan of your bank with Card Number ****-****-****-****. I was not able to make payments of the said Credit Card for quite some time now due to acute financial constraints. I am hopeful that I will be able to make the payments by next two months.
Said this I would like to apprise you of the way your collection people are doing their job.
Your collection agent Rahul and Shivani (**********) is calling me and using abusive language and giving threatening me, my wife and my relatives with social defamation , They also threatened me that he will bring along at least ten of his local friends who as per him are local criminals and they will force me to hand over money to them. Again your collection representative told that(Nishant tu kitni baar bi complaint ker le, RBL Bank mujhe koi punishment ni dega, Bus tum Mujhe mere account me Rs. ***** daal de tab tujhe bank se time dila dunga). My wife is also scared from your goons.
These people have somehow taken out my call details of the mobile number being used by me and are calling all the people with whom I speak regularly.

Kindly let me know how did you get the contact details of my relatives, and friends who are in no way linked with my card account.

THIS NONSENCE AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BY YOUR EXECUTIVES OR RATHER YOUR “HIRED GOONS” IS ACTUALLY DEVASTATING MY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL WELL BEING AND THE LEVEL OF HARASSMENT IS SUCH INTENSE THAT MY WIFE IS CONTEMPLETING SUICIDE AS SHE IS NOT ABLE TO COPE WITH THE INSULT AND SOCIAL ABUSE METTED OUT TO HER IN HER FAMILY DUE TO VERY AGRESSIVE AND VULGAR CALLS FROM YOUR GOONS TO HER RELATIVES.

I DEMAND to you that if you require to do collections please do it but in a civilized way and as per the law of the land, these strong arm tactics are not acceptable.

I will hold the CEO of your bank personally responsible if any untoward event happens with me or my family due to the social defamation being meted out to me by your collection executives

I seek following resolutions from end.
*> The representative of SBI card may be restricted from not following the model code of conduct for collection and recovery. Including but not restricted to being stopped from abusing me verbally/threatening me with dire consequences or calling any one in my home.

*> It may be made clear to me that how can your team abuse my family members and relatives.
At the end I would like to tell you that the above resolutions are my right and no one including you should not and cannot deny it.
REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR COLLECTION PEOPLE ASAP AND RESTRAIN THEM FROM HARRASING ME AGAIN.
