Subject: Complaint regarding manufacturing defect in my car.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint with you regarding the problems I am experiencing with my vehicle bought in February **** and would request you to correct these problems immediately.

Please note that I purchased my vehicle as per following details:
Purchased From:Heritage Toyota Opp. Vikas Vidyalaya, Neori, Ramgarh Road, Ranchi-******
Vehicle Name: INNOVA HYCROSS HYBRID VX(*S)
Engine No: M**A NA*****
Name of Owner: Bhavesh B Sheth

I am attaching the invoice with the mail. So I had purchased my vehicle from Heritage Toyota. The vehicle was supposed to reach me by container. However while the car was leaving the showroom I got some pictures in which the speedometer was showing an error message that Hybrid System Malfunction so I asked about this error and they said there is no need to worry about it as it is due to battery unplugging . So the car was then loaded into the container and it was sent to Panvel (Mah). So after it reached Panvel (Mah.) it was supposed to reach us but on the way the driver detected an issue and parked it in Millennium Toyota Silfata(Mah.). The car stayed there for almost * days and they weren't able to identify the defect. Then the car was transported to Rathod Toyota Vapi (Guj.) with the help of a container (Date.*th March ****). The car is supposed to have multiple manufacturing defects, one of them is the car is unable to climb a slope as claimed by the tech team of Toyota. I had purchased the car on **th February **** and the car is still not delivered to me and already a month has passed. The technicians said there is a defect in a part which needs to be imported by Japan and it might take ** days or even more than that to reach the showroom. I also asked them to give me this in writing but they are not doing that also. They are not responding to us about the situation clearly, they are just delaying things. Such kind of behaviour is not expected from a giant company like Toyota.
Since a month has already passed my insurance fee, EMI and all other expenses are wasted. I have suffered a loss of about RS.* Lakhs. So as a customer what's the point in buying a car from Toyota there were so many other options available to me but I chose Toyota. So I request you to look into the matter seriously. I also want Toyota to pay me a compensation fee for the loss I have suffered till date and would be suffering till I get my vehicle delivered to me. If Toyota is unable to solve this problem ,It is very shameful for such a giant company Toyota. I already have an article ready with me and I am going to publish it in the newspaper very soon.

I, therefore, request you to kindly have my vehicle inspected and have it repaired or replaced immediately.

Note : When delivered car one time mall function Error whose matching delivered time. Even after the car was delivered and we complained, they told us that the error will go away when we remove the battery wire.
