Deodap - Complaint regarding delivery not done even after 10 days

Hello sir
This is hitesh.
I ordered some items from DEODAP.COM on *th oct **** worth Rs ****. Order no is U****-**-******. They shipped the parcel by Ecom express with AWB no **********.
I was promised delivery in *-* days. But today , Even after ** days.. No delivery is done by the seller.
Courier partner everyday shows Out for delivery and then undelivered.
Even deodap has stopped responding. I think I lost my money.
Pls look into this matter.
