The delivery boy is willfully refusing delivery and giving false status updates. This is a breach of service and amounts to fraud. If immediate action is not taken and my order is not delivered today, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer court without further notice.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
