Divya sethi filed complaint against Xpressbee on Dec 12, 2023
I placed a cash on delivery order with zara which was to be delivered by xpressbee. On the **th of December i got a notification from the verified id of the company on WhatsApp regarding the delivery status of the shipment. I received the parcel later that day with the exact same delivery code, personal details as well as the same packaging and barcode. On opening the parcel I found out that the shipment contained firstcopy products of some different brand (* sweatshirts and a pair of shoes). On contact zara regarding the same issue, they suggested to file a grievance complaint with xpressbee.
On contacting xpressbee the company’s staff seemed reluctant to file the complaint. Moreover they didn’t even accept their negligence which lead to my personal information (contact, address, order number) getting leaked and misused by someone. This is my humble request to kindly resolve the matter so that more customers could be saved from being wronged by the courier company.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
