Adari Baburao filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 25, 2026
This issue has been repeatedly closed without any proper resolution, which is extremely frustrating. Every day, I receive a message in the morning stating that a pickup is scheduled, but later it gets cancelled with the reason that I requested a reschedule—which is completely incorrect.
This kind of handling is unacceptable. It has been several days, and there has been no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. When I contact customer care, I am given irrelevant explanations, and the calls are disconnected without providing any meaningful support.
I am left with no option but to consider escalating this matter by filing a complaint . The level of service I am experiencing is highly disappointing and unprofessional from FLIPKART team.
Really looking your help and assistance on this matter.
