I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the unresolved cashback and refund that I was promised as part of my home loan process with NoBroker. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and assurances from your team, I have yet to receive any concrete update or resolution.
Details of the Issue:
Loan Disbursal Date: January **, ****
Total Processing Fees Paid: ₹**,***
Collateral Evaluation Charges (Legal & Technical): ₹*,***
Plan Amount Paid for Property Search: ₹*,***.**
Promised Cashback & Refund Amount: ₹**,*** (as per discussion with Rishi Kumar S) + ₹*,***.** (plan refund)
On January **, ****, Banoth Ranjith Kumar confirmed that the team was working on processing my cashback and refund. However, despite repeated follow-ups (emails dated February *, ****, and February **, ****), there has been no update or action taken.
Request for Immediate Resolution
I urge you to process my cashback and refund immediately. If I do not receive a resolution or a clear timeline within ** hours, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including lodging a formal complaint with consumer grievance forums.
Please provide a final update at the earliest. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
