SPICE JET AIR LINES - Complaint regarding broken bag Boarding pass for SpiceJet Booking PNR

While landing to kolkata airport we found that one of our checked in baggage has been broken. Complaint number DPRCCU****** is already lodged. I sincerely expect the refund of my bag amount or a new bag. This complaint was lodged by me on **.**.****. To which the airline accepted the complaint and said to pay me Rs **** as compensation amount for which i requested them to pay me atleats **** but they disagreed and asked me to provide bank details for compensation of amount of Rs. ****/-. I enclosed the documents like cancelled cheque, Addhaar Card and boarding paas on **.**.****. since that time it feels like i m begging the amount of Rs. ****/- for which they are neither paying the compensation amount nor they are reverting back to my mails and asking my account details again and again.
