SPICE JET AIR LINES - Charged extra for baggage when total weight was 10 kgs only

On ** Nov ****, I travelled on SpiceJet flight SG *** from Chennai to Kolkata (PNR X**CUL). I was carrying only one hand bag of ** kg and no check-in luggage at all. At the boarding gate, SpiceJet staff forced me to pay ₹*,*** for excess baggage, even though the cabin limit is * kg and I exceeded it only by * kg. This was my first experience and I was not informed at check-in. I am also a senior citizen, and the incident caused me stress and inconvenience.
I request a refund of ₹*,*** and action against SpiceJet for unfair charging and harassment of passengers.
