I have purchased cello heater on dated **-**-****. But heater was not working even on the same day of purchase . I lodged complaint on dated **-**-**** through my mob +** **********. Complaint ref no. Is CARH*********.contacted *********** several times and mr. Sudhir ********** . Also mailed at customercare@cellokitchenette.com But still pbm not solved. customer service is not good.they also said rods are also not in warranty but this condition is not mentioned in warranty card. Resolve the issue as soon as possible
