Lijin John filed complaint against Cello on May 30, 2023
I purchased a Cello flask on ** November **** from Flipkart, and within few months its not maintaining temperature, it has * year warranty. Flipkart told to contact cello world company and when I contacted the customer care service of cello they refused to exchange my bottle by simply saying that my bottle has dent on the bottom so they can't claim warranty. This was a big lie because there is not a single scratch on the bottle. I was keep telling them that there is no dent and sent several pictures of bottle from different angles but they are not responding now.
