I have registered a complaint for our connection. Unable to view channels. There is no response from them. I escalated compaints many times. They are not addressed the issues. As per the SLA complaint has resolved within ** hour. The compalint has registered on * days before and they not yyet addressed.
They will distribt the service incase we delayed the payment. We are paying money, then they must focus on not to give any downtime.
Is customer's money don't have any value?
