I ordered a combo offer of * Lycra pants for ₹***. However, when the package was delivered, it contained only * pants instead of *. Additionally, the quality of the delivered items is extremely poor and unacceptable. When I tried to initiate a return and refund for this faulty and incomplete order, the system/website did not allow me to do so. I have been financially cheated and left with defective, missing items with no support for a return. I request a full refund of my money or a proper resolution.
