Astha tour Planner - Complaint for refund for Non Service

I have booked a tour package with Astha Tours for * N * D for four people to Kedarnath and Badrinath with Helicopter. I was contacted by Ms Priyanka Dubey for the Tour. But she has not promised her commitment for providing me the Helicopter ticket with in two days of the payment made by me for helicopter. I had hair paid Rs ***** in two instalments Rs ***** and *****. Form last ** days I am requesting for confirmation of Helicopter tickets which she is delaying for saying their payment is stuck up in IRCTC. Looking into their fake promise I requested her to refund my money of Rs ***** which now she delaying and not refunding the same
