Astha tour Planner - Cheating Fraud by Astha Tour Planner Delhi

Consumer complaint against Astha Tour Planner (Miss Priyanka Dubey with Mobile Number ********** and Mr. Deepak Owner of the Company Mobile Number **********) for Cheating and defrauded an amount of Rs ***** to me (Address Astha Tour Planner DLF Galleria Mall, Mayur Vihar Extension Near Crown Plaza, Noida, GST Number **LCTPK****N*ZY))
Detail of the case as follows
I got the name of Astha Tour Planner from google while reaching for Char dham, yatra in the month of May ****.
I received a what app call on **th April ****, followed by message from Priyanka from Astha Tour Plan with a request to visit their site https://bookchardhamtour.com. After some basic enquiries I requested her a program for * Dham i.e., Kedarnath and Badrinath. She sent me a detailed program with payment plan @ Rs ***** per head for four people. As we are above ** years of age, we further enquired about Chopper fare to Kedarnath, which she said as Chopper booking is open * or * days. In the meanwhile, she also sent me the UPI and phone pe for token money/payment on *th June ****. She again sent me a message that “confirm as soon as possible Chopper tickets open **th June.” Looking every thing is good I shared with her four Aadhar cards (Mine, my wife, my brother in law and his wife). She confirmed my trip on what app and requested me to pay token money of Rs ***** which I paid on *th June **** through NEFT vide reference number ************ to Astha Tour Planners in beneficiary account number ***********. She sent me a confirmatory message as “We thank you so much for your confirmation of the * Dham yatra **** package with us. We hereby acknowledge the receipt of Rs *****/ (Twenty four thousand only) against the advance payment for the below package.

When I further asked her about chopper ride from Guptkashi to Kedarnath & back she called me for payment with a message “Kindly Make the payment of * Persons Heli Tickets Kedarnath on *th Sept **** **=*****” I made the payment through NEFT again to Astha tour Planner vide reference No. ************ which she confirmed. As she informed me that Chopper ticket is open for * to * days I asked her about booking of Chopper Tickets. Now she started giving baseless excuses like our chopper booking payment hangs in the system and it will take one week or so to get the confirmation of Ticket booking from Uttarakhand portal. After **, ** days I got suspicious as she was neither not picking my phoner call nor updating the status of my Chopper booking confirmation. One day I called her from another number which she picked up. Looking to all this I asked her please cancel our trip and refund the entire money as she could not fulfilled her promise of getting us confirmed Chopper Ticket. On continuous follow up she has given me the e mail id for refund request on *th July ****

on *th of July**** I sent email on the above two e mail ids requesting for refund of entire amount of Rs *****. Till than I am regularly following up with her and every time she is making false promise of refund date and extending on next follow up. Now I want file a consumer case against them for cheating of Rs ***** and compensation for mental harassment and in future they should not cheat other people.
