Hello Team Jio,
I am facing severe internet speed issues on my Jio prepaid connection (Number: **********).
Although the MyJio app shows normal network status and acceptable speed, the actual internet speed experienced is much slower than what is shown. Browsing, video streaming, video calls, and normal app usage are very slow and often unusable.
Details:
Active prepaid plan with sufficient daily data remaining
Mobile data ON, network available, account active
MyJio speed test does not reflect real-time usage speed
Issue persists throughout the day, not just temporarily
Restarting phone, airplane mode, and basic troubleshooting did not resolve the issue
This indicates a possible network congestion, tower issue, or incorrect network provisioning in my area.
I request you to:
*. Check tower congestion/network quality in my location
*. Perform a backend network reset / optimization for my number
*. Provide a clear resolution or timeline for fixing this issue
If the issue cannot be resolved, please arrange a technical escalation.
