For your information, I am a regular yearly buyer customer from last * years.

I am complaining because my account got deactivate after *th Feb **** to till date (** Apr ****).
When I first learned of this problem on ** Feb **** at night i informed the customercare support and asked to reactivate in an urgent basis as my dad was getting bleeding in eyes, I contacted on **th Feb **** at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I raised my complaint again after *-* days of *st information. I needed consultation today also and my account was showing expired and I had to buy a consultation on an urgent basis.
I believe that this ignorance is unfair because medical inquiries are always an emergency and you should understandthe seriousness if the same. I paid for the individual consultantion even i bought yearly subscription in advance.

How can you make this sort of blunder and on top of that harass the client mentally while inquire for * months long by saying that I have over used the facilities. That's too at the time of medical emergencies i.e. bleeding in eyes and COVID Consultantion during night.

I must say Docsapp was far better partner then MEDIBUDDY, I was using the services from *nd September **** when they started to till now.
I need my money back on an urgent basis for both yearly subscription and the subscription I took on **th Feb **** (took another Consultantation yesterday for myself from Netmeds) because I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
