Sir my complaint is against one plus service centre mohali, as they charged me for the battery and assured me that you battery will be replaced in * days and now after ** days they said your service request is cancelled, i am going to lodge case agaist this scam as they cannot charge from the customer if they don't have stock in their store and because of there lazyness my phone of cost **k got damaged due to old battery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
