I, Ajay Kumar Sharma, Deputy Manager - Procurement at Shyam Indus Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd., wish to file a formal complaint against Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. regarding Consignment No. ************ due to non-delivery, false status updates, and unwarranted demands for additional charges.

• Issue Summary:
o Shipment falsely marked as delivered at an incorrect location (Sikhar).
o Despite a written commitment from Trackon on **th May **** to resend the package after return to Delhi, no action has been taken as of **th June ****.
o Unjustified demand of ₹***/- by their Srinagar branch for delivery.
o Repeated reminders (dated *th, **th, **th, and **th June) went unanswered.
o This failure has caused a penalty of approx. ₹**,*** from our client.
Relief/Action Requested:
*. Immediate investigation and resolution of the delivery failure.
*. Direction to Trackon Courier to resend the consignment at their cost.
*. Compensation for delay-related losses incurred (approx. ₹**,***).
*. Penal action for poor grievance handling and operational negligence.
*. Blacklisting warning or regulatory fine to prevent such recurrence.
