Vodafone And Idea VI - Complaint against the Vodafone store poor service

I am having a postpaid connection of Vodafone with Mob .no. *****-*****. From last * month I am facing the poor network problem at my home and office. I have called so many times to customer care and registered my complaint so many times, but they keeps on closing my complaint by simply massaging me that your complaint has been resolved.

Thereafter, I have decided to port my number to some other company, for which as advised Ia have visited the Vi store at manimajra Chandigarh. After *-* visits, they finally told me that you have to clear your pending dues for the same. I have paid all my dues (Amounting to Rs. ***/-) on **.**.**** at the store itself from my SBI card and they have registered my request for the switching of my postpaid to prepaid number. They told me that my number will be switched from postpaid to prepaid in next *-* days, thereafter i can port it out to some any other company network. Yesterday I have got a massage from Vodafone that your request for conversion from Postpaid to prepaid was cancelled. Thereafter i have visited the Manimajra Chandigarh Vodafone store again for inquiring the same, I have met with Ms. Reena over there and she told me that your due bill is not repaid till now, whereas She has herself do the transaction of Rs. ***/- from my Credit Card on **.**.****. Now I would like to request your goodself to please intervene in the matter and resolve my issue/ complaint at the earliest.
