I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your delivery executives during a recent telephone conversation.

On **/**/**** at **:** AM approximately, I received a call from your delivery executive regarding the delivery of my order, Order ID OD******************Unfortunately, the interaction was highly unprofessional and distressing. Specifically, I told him to deliver the parcel tomorrow i.e. **/**/****. Then the delivery boy told me shouting that I have done this earlier also. Such as rudeness, inappropriate comments, raised voice, lack of respect, etc.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a loyal customer, I expect your staff to exhibit professionalism and courtesy, especially in direct interactions over the phone.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action against the delivery executive involved.
