Ekart delivery - Rude behaviour of the ekart delivery boy

With great regret, I am lodging this complain against one of your delivery boy who came to deliver a mobile phone against the Flipkart order No - OD****************** on **-**-****. My location is Ashoknagar, North ** PGS, West Bengal. ******.

He was unbelievably rude and arrogant. He was bound me to pay Rs. **** to deliver my product, i.e. the new mobile phone. He was so rude and arrogant to accept the old mobile phone by raising various false and fake issues which are totally unacceptable and false. I need the product very urgently and so he creats such a situation that I am bound to pay Rs **** to get the product. He told that he is the last and only person who decides whether the old mobile will be returned or not. He told that everything is only depend on him. Our old mobile phone is not at all in a position to refuge by him.
*. There is no display damage at all
*. There is no dent, crack or any physical damage.
*. With single charge, still the mobile runs over a day with surfing internet.
But he told that my old phone battery is swollening.
He was not properly dressed of ekart. He was in very rush to deliver the product as he had to pick up his child from school. Hence, he told if you pay money, I will deliver the product to you else I will leave as I am in a hurry.
He was also so arrogant that he did not dare about when I told him that I will lodge complain against you. He told you may do whatever you want but I am the last person who decide the all matter. It is not matter to him about lodging complain against him.

I am totally surprised and disappointed how your concern is domesticated such kind of employee regarding direct customer relationship.
I firmly lodge this complain against that very delivery boy against the Flipkart order no OD****************** on **-**-****.
It is hoped that necessary actions and steps to be taken against this complain as such kind of incident is surely turmoil your company reputation.
I am not sure about whether any action will be taken or not against my this complain.
