Geeklurn Edutech Services Pvt Ltd - COMPLAINT AGAINST ON GEEKLURN EDUTECH SERVICE PVT LTD AND ADITYA BIRLA FINANCE PVT LTD

I am Mutyala Swetha from Hyderabad.I am writing to you today to express my outrage and dismay at the fraudulent activities committed by the Founders and Head of Operations of GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd, Mr. Kamalapuram Srinivas Kalyan and Mr. Aman Mishra in the name of IBM, nasscom and Zero cost study advertisement. I am a victim of their cheating and fraudulent scheme, and I demand that they be held accountable for their actions.
To provide you with a detailed account of the incident, I came across GeekLurn in September **** based on their Zero cost study advertisement, with the intention of changing my career in Data Science. One of their salespeople connected with me and described the various courses and scholarships that they offered. They promised to provide me with free studies until I got a job placement and after that, I had to pay. They asked for all of my documents for admission purposes on Thu, September **, ****, at **:** PM, and, by misleading me and manipulating my words and
After my admission, they promised to pay me each month before the EMI date in the name of Scholarship and assured me that if I did not get placed, then my loan would be closed by GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd only. They had also written the same thing on their website at that time. However, after the first month, they started mentally harassing me, and as a result, I lost my only job. They promised that the course would be completed in six months, and we would get placed by them at a minimum salary package of *LPA. However, they started taking only a few classes each month and ignoring the studies part as well. It was only later that I realized that I had been cheated by these people.
In late Feb ****, they asked us to pay the EMI to their finance partner dated **th Mar **** and assured us that they would pay us back in the name of Scholarship after three days dated **th Mar ****. I borrowed some money and paid it to them, but they did not pay me back on **th Mar ****. After that, they kept postponing the payment, and they failed to meet their commitment several times. They said that they would pay the April Month EMI dated **th April **** and for the Month of March **** on June ****.
Now the situation is that they have stopped our classes, are not resolving our queries, not picking up our calls, and not giving us the money as per their commitments. I have been mentally disturbed and harassed by these people. I have asked them several times to cancel the course because the quality of education is very poor, but no one is responding. They have not provided what they promised, and they have cheated us.
Furthermore, I have learned that this scam is not isolated and that GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd has cheated around **** students and has a scam of approximately *** crores rupees. Their old office address was #***, DBS Business Center DBS House, **, Cunningham Road Bengaluru Karnataka-******, and their new office address is IndiQube, South Summit, *st Floor, S End RD, Vijayarangam Layout, Jayanagar, Bengaluru Karnataka-******.
Further investigation has revealed that Credenc Web Technologies Pvt Ltd, now known NBFC - Aditya Birla Finance Limited, was involved in the disbursement of the loan to GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd without adhering to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. This raises serious questions about their complicity in this fraudulent activity. I request your assistance in cancelling the loan obtained from NBFC - Aditya Birla Finance Limited, as it was processed under misleading circumstances. Furthermore, I seek compensation for the mental harassment and agony I have endured, which has caused significant distress and negatively impacted my career. I lost my only job * months ago due to the actions of GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd, Credence Web Technologies Pvt Ltd and NBFC - Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Additionally, I have incurred numerous bounce charges from HDFC Bank Ltd as a consequence of their deceptive practices. It is important to note that I have suffered immensely as a result of their fraudulent practices.
This further supports my belief that there has been a serious scam committed by GeekLurn Edutech Pvt Ltd and its Founders and Head of Operations, Mr. Kamalapuram Srinivas Kalyan and Mr. Aman Mishra, respectively and they should be held accountable for their actions.
