IDFC first bank - Complaint Against IDFC BANK for Spam Calls for Loans

*. I want to complain against the repeated unwanted phone calls that I receive on daily basis from IDFC banks for loans, despite telling that I'm not interested.

*. It is harassing and disturbing to keep getting these unwanted calls from IDFC BANK, despite telling them that I'm not interested. I ask them to delete my name from the system, but I keep receiving these calls, mostly from Rajender Place branch.

*. When I ask them to let me speak to their manager, they deny and disconnect the calls. This is very harassing. They keep calling on regular basis.

*. I tried to connect on a chargeable customer care number, but there was no way that I could reach anyone to talk to register my complaint.

*. Thereafter, I've written multiple complaints on Emails, and I've got assurances that I'll not receive these calls further, however, I still receive these calls, and that too from the same branch.

*. Appropriate action may please be taken and a case be taken up for compensation of Rs ******
for causing mental harassment to me for a period of more than * months.
