HeyCoach - Complaint against HeyCoach for misleading Enrollment practices and financial exploitation

I am filing this complaint against HeyCoach for misleading and unethical practices during their course enrollment process.

After losing my job, I was actively searching for employment when I received a message from Mr. Pratik Kapasi, promoting a course by HeyCoach. I contacted them and was invited for what they called interview for the “Super-**” program. The interview was falsely presented as a genuine evaluation, but later I realized it was only a tactic to convince people to enroll.

The interviewer misled me by saying that most candidates are rejected, creating a false sense of exclusivity. I was not informed properly about the course content, refund policy, or EMI terms. Additionally, they did not clarify that prior knowledge of programming languages was required — making the course completely unsuitable for me.

The so-called Super-** program is also non-transparent — students are not told who the remaining participants are, which raises further doubts. After learning about these issues, I wanted to withdraw from the course, but HeyCoach does not allow cancellation or refund after enrollment.

I am married and currently unemployed, but still being forced to pay EMIs for a course that was sold under false promises and deception. This situation has caused me financial and emotional distress.

Relief Sought:

Full refund of the amount paid.
Immediate cancellation of EMI obligations.
Strict action against HeyCoach for misleading consumers.
