I purchased mobile S* plus in exchange and deliver agent came to deliver on *nd Oct as promised. While checking my mobile Google pixel xl* he slipped it deliberately and later refuse to exchange. Agent told me rudely that he deal my type of customer daily.
Later I complained to cc and FB page . Lady called me saying we will deliver you phone and juz give **** we will refund you. Now suddenly they have cancelled my phone S* +. Now I am left with damaged Google pixel XL *. Now no one is responding to my questions.
Plz helpout I am left with broken pixel xl*.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
