Paytm fastag account deactivated by the company due to double account by me by mistake. Made contact with the company many times to resolve the issue ,produced the proofs asked for by the company but in vain.Then I have purchased IDFC fastag on the recommendation of fastag vendor but it is not working because the old fastag is being not closed by the Paytm company. I have to pay double amount at toll plaza as old fastag shows low balance.I contacted and requested the Paytm fastag customer executive again today i.e **-**-**** to activate or close my Paytm fastag but they sent me message that we are unable to solve your problem. I have been badly harrassed by the company. You are now requested to help me legally.
