I've stayed in alaka for around * months. I shifted to the property during covid time. The rent amount that I've fixed was ****. But, later in the bill they added excess amount in the name of sanitising, etc. When I asked the sales team no one replied. So the manager asked me to pay only the talked (****) amount. And I was staying in a different room. And the EB bill provided to me was of different room number for this issue the manager asked me to avoid the amount mentioned in the bill and asked me to pay what other flatemates are paying. So I paid that amount. And I checked out of the property later. But even after I checked out of the room I keep on getting the rent and legal notices, outstanding dues, etc. There's no payment history in the colive app. Bit I've proof of the payment of rent(when i was staying there). When I asked regarding this,the manager told that there was some error in database. Now, they are mailing some legal notice to pay **,*** as outstanding due.
