Made a booking in the name of Indu shree on **th June **** by paying ***** advance amount. But due to corona situation i can't migrate to the Colive Alakka Palazzo apartment, so processed for refund of advance amount but still Colive is not responding and didn't processed my refund amount. Executives are Abishek, Krishna, Ramesh who were not even attending our calls and threatening us with words. Kindly help us.
