I booked one mobile against the replacement of my perfectly working mobile. Flipkart took money * days back and committed next day delivery. They couldn't supply the next day and after that, they just came without any information. I stayed at home as I required mobile than a delivery man came who was not even expert to check the mobile said this mobile can't be replaced. I said ok than refund my money in the morning. He said he is not responsible for it. He took goods back and didn't give any assurance to send my money back. Their customer care doesn't have any concrete details on any kind of delivery.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
