My father had a pension plan with lic. He passed away in August ****. We submitted all the documents for getting the Maturity amount in lic office in October ****. Please refer the attached acknowledgement from lic for submission of all documents.
we were informed that the amount will be directly sent to my mothers joint account in a span of * months.
it has been more than * months now but we have not received the maturity amount.
i even lodged complaint in irda site & also wrote mails to lic office & chairman.
but i am not getting any favourable response from them
would request you to please help me out.
my mother has cataract which needs to be operated & required this money for her treatment.
lic is a very unprofessional organisation.
