I am writing to you regarding one of my grievance in connection with one of the company named as Tatacliq an Indian e-commerce company based in Mumbai, India. Parent Company is Tata Unistore Ltd. and Owner Tata Group.
I placed an order online for a new mobile phone and exchange my old phone with the same order on * April ****. The order got delivered and my old phone got picked up at the same time. As per company's policy the refund for exchange product i.e. old phone should come within *-* working days. After the refund not came as per the specified timeline I started following up with the company but every time I follow up with them they told me that the finance team is working and it will take *-* working days. So, I demanded compensation for my time and energy wasted everyday plus the mental trauma I have gone through and the number of days delayed to process the refund amount. I got the call from their management team on **th April **** saying that the finance team had sent the refund payment link to my registered mobile number and email id on **th April ****, but the truth is that I didn't get any link on the **th April **** and I got the link on **th April ****. When I told this thing to the management team person he was not ready to understand and denied that they cannot give compensation and disconnected my call disrespectfully. I feel so cheated and insulted from company's side. Also attaching my mail communication with the company. Please help me in getting the justice
