I have purchased television worth **,*** but received damaged product. After too much of consultation product was finally taken back but replacement was not provided to me. The said product was under ** days replacement policy but the seller was not having stock I was provided refund. Here my claim is that when the product was purchased under replacement policy why refund was issued to me. I am not concerned about stock availability with the seller. I have suffered opportunity losses of rs. **,*** as the same product is not available on flipkart and else where same product is costing me more. Secondly, all banking card offer available during the recently concluded Diwali Sale event has gone so I am forced to buy same television with incremental price of Rs. *****. As there was no fault of mine in this entire episode I seek compensation of Rs. **, *** from flipkart.
